«Astro'n'out» - biography, albums, songs, video clips

Astro’n’out is a indie rock band from Rīga, Latvia formed in January 2003 and now is one of the up-to-date indie bands in Latvia well known as socially active musicians.

In 2006 their debut album Kush Kush receives the award of Best Rock Album 2006’ in annual Latvian Music Awards. The band also gets nominated for MTV Europe Awards in category New Sounds of Europe 2007’.

The ending of 2008 brings an acoustic album Astro’ Acoustic and in December 2009 the band has released their third studio album named Ģeometrija which makes two albums to be nominated in annual Latvian Music Awards 2009’ - Acoustic album gets between nominees for Best Alternative Album 2009’ and Ģeometrija gets nominated for the Best Rock Album 2009’.

As annual tradition for the band have become December solo shows in one of the most popular concert halls in Rīga - Sapņu Fabrika and last three shows have been sold out.

At the very moment - spring 2010 - the band is in the middle of its Ģeometrija Tour which also includes gigs in Italy and Estonia and they are looking forward to the biggest summer festivals around the Baltics.
