«AC Berkheimer» - biografía, álbumes, canciones, videoclips

AC Berkheimer is a Rotterdam, the Netherlands, based quartet formed in mid 2005. The band released a 4-track demo in April 2006 and started performing live.

In the spring of 2007 the band teamed up with producer Corno Zwetsloot to create a first full length album. They got signed by the independent record label Subroutine and presented their debut album ‘In a series of long days’ in a sold out Rotown, Rotterdam in June 2008. The record gained them a lot of positive media attention leading to airplay on radio such as BBC 6 and KEXP radio Seattle. In 2009 the record was released in Japan through Quince records and got a worldwide release on itunes.

According to Incendiarymag, com they would be Amsterdams darlings if they hadn’t been Dutch…but they are…so with a fanbase outside the Netherlands growing rapidly its time to focus on the rest of Europe.

June 2010 saw the release of ‘First in Line by Accident’, a free download EP, as the first step towards the release of their 2nd full length album ‘We tell them tonight’ released in the autumn of 2010.

After a period of bandmembers engaging in other projects AC Berkheimer is back in September 2013 with the release of their 3rd full length album ‘Equation of State’.
