Nico Parisi is a DJ and producer from Belgium; he started his career in 1996 with his first break DJing at the well-respected and legendary Club Atmoz. From here he has graced the decks at other famous Belgian clubs such as Illusion, La Rocca, Cherrymoon, BBC, Boccacio, and clubs abroad such as Pasha (Ibiza) , Fly House (Johannesburg, South Africa) and more . What is the sound of Nico Parisi? He is known for his musical crossovers, as a DJ his vibe is very similar to the music he produces, always enjoying the progressive, deep side of electronic music. As a producer, he has topped industry charts over and over again. His first demo was sent to the prestigious Antler Subway (EMI) and instantly signed up with releases like “Deep Breath”, The Beginning” and “Evolution” gaining airplay across Europe. Many aliases were used for Nicos productions such as Aqualords, Hoshiko, Liquid-D, Parisi & Woods and Nico Parisi vs Erik Hubo. He also collaborated with artists in groups such as Atmoz DJ Crew, Capone and Majesty with many productions and compilation entries following. Nico has made remixes for artist such as Human Nature, Extreme Trax, Technics, Pat Krimson, Nunca and 2Fabiola. The most famous remix Nunca’s “House Of Doom” was released on Tiesto’s label In Trance We Trust. Nico worked with different producers such as, Erik Hubo, Manu Riga, Airwave, Marcel Woods and Philip Michael Andersson to name a few. Some of Nico’s releases was compiled on CD by DJ Marco through Marco’s La Rocca club night - On Sunday, notably with a track called “Sonic Fuel”. In 2006 Nico decided to team up with producer Erik Hubo to create a track called “Metro”. The track was championed by Armin Van Buuren on his A State of Trance radio show and reached Number 1 on Armin’s dance charts and featured on his live mix “Trance Energy Utrecht 2006”. This exposure helped Nico launch his own record label Danza Records where he released some of his production such as “Saxx”, “Move Your Body”, “Oberon” and more. In 2011 he started working with Nanouchi Music where he produced a track called “Initio” which was remixed by Pole Folder. 2012 Nico sign an exclusive artist contract with the infamous Bonzai label group where he produced his first release on the new label LCD Recordings (managed by Laurent Veronnez and John 00 Fleming) entitled “Romeo and Juliet” with Airwave.
