In this episode, I talk about my experience with the 3 P's - procrastination, perfectionism and patience, and how they have influenced my life as well as the lessons I have learnt from them. I particularly go in-depth on the importance of having patience, and why the frustrations and stresses we experience lead us to our true destination. **It has been a while since I released my last episode, so hopefully I can get back into a routine of recording and uploading more frequently :)
