First up, Ed Barrett, GBTA’s chief marketing officer, talks about what GDPR is, how it impacts organizations and details GBTA’s steps toward GDPR compliance.

Next on the podcast, Hannah Jaffe, GBTA research analyst, shares data from a joint research project with Cvent designed to gauge how professionals in the travel, meetings and events industries are feeling about GDPR and their companies’ readiness.
