We call this full moon in July that follows the summer solstice as "Guru Purnima", venerating all teachers, elders, parents and mother earth herself for the selfless acts of care , nurturance, imparting of valuable education, lessons, morals, and sharing through spirit that immutable sense of spirituality, necessary for each one of us to reclaim our humanity. GURU, a vast word that should never be trivialized, a word that holds the meaning of our development as a species, our ride to consciousness. Understand what it means to be blessed by the presence of a Guru in your life, understand what it means to discover the essence of the Guru within your own heart as you mature into awareness.
May your Guru Purnima be blessed each year~
