We all sit.
But did you know that the average American sits almost 13 hours a day?!?!

So is sitting all that bad?
Sitting has been shown to increase your chances of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and greatly increases your risk for dying at a younger age.

No this doesn't mean that you need to constantly move, it just means that you really shouldn't be sitting for more than 30 minutes at a time.

Stefan teaches people how to keep going and be more productive at work. Some examples he uses: Have a standing desk, pace while on the phone, take 20 seconds every 20 minutes to stretch your legs and try to just be mindful of when you should be standing.

This episode will surely blow you out of your seat as it is jampacked with stats, insights and much, much more!
