Throughout the day, what goes through your mind?
When you’re in class, do you tell yourself that you will never pass the class because you aren’t smart?
When you’re around other people do you assume that no one wants to be your friend?
When you’re alone in your room, do you go over negative events in your head at think about how it was your fault?
That’s called negative self-talk.
Negative self-talk is any inner dialogue you may have that may be limiting your ability to believe in yourself and your own abilities.
Negative self-talk is very harmful and cause severe mental issues.
