Oh hi there everyone!! Welcome back to the show and this week, we have a doozy for you!! Carly and Greg are going deep into the science-y world of science. Last week it was about Reality TV and a NYT article was referenced, well this week we're going to talk about the research behind the it all. Studies were read, notes were taken and Greg may or may not ramble at certain point about why many, no matter how hard they try, will gain weight after working out for months and/or years to drop them L's and B's!!
