At the start of the year we often contemplate New Years resolutions. It is a great time to reflect and consider what is important to us, who we want to be and what we want to be doing, however at the end of January we find ourselves tailing away from those big goals. Self Discipline is a skill and tool which allows us to connect to why we are implementing changes and how we can commit to them with consistency and care, for the bigger picture. In this episode we explore how we can can become more self disciplined and allow ourselves to connect and actually do what is important to us, in the here and now, for the long term.
