Episode 15: Nirinjan Kaur Khalsa (Born 1988 in Vancouver, BC)

Nirinjan Kaur Khalsa was born and raised in 3HO in 1988 in Vancouver British Columbia (born to her mother, father and 14 year older sister (a practicing 3HO Sikh/Kundalini Yoga oriented family).

She took KY teacher training in 2001 at her mother’s Teacher’s Training in Vancouver(GuruRaj Kaur Khalsa) TT, and then decided she wanted to go to MIri Piri Academy in India for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade, graduating in 2006.

She released her first musical album “Aquarian” in 2007, made as mantra music to accompany the Kundalini practice of morning Aquarian Sadhana.

Over the next 13 years, also released 4 more spiritually oriented albums, and did several tours.

She’s married to Siri Amrit Singh, also born and raised in the 3HO Sikh Kundalini Yoga Community, and together they have two sons, raising their family in Vancouver.  She has recently started an astrology based life-coaching practice out of her home in Vancouver. She plans to make more music in the future, branching out into broader musical genres, less specific to Sikh/Kundalini Yoga oriented content.
