You’ll need: ~250g steak (Porterhouse/Rump/Scotch Fillet), 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, knob of butter, pair of tongs, griddle pan (or non-stick frying pan / bbq)
