You’ll need: 500g gnocchi – store bought or home made, ¼ cup sliced sun dried tomatoes, ½ cup sliced roasted peppers, ¼ cup olives without pips, 1 cup of chopped herbs 4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil, 3 Tbs butter, 1 block of goats cheese, a pair of tongs, wooden spoon, non-stick fry pan.
To blanch gnocchi bring a pot of salted water to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer. Add equal parts ice and water to a bowl and set aside. Blanch the gnocchi in the simmering water until they float to the top and then transfer to the iced water bowl.
