Values become intrinsic to you as a leader. Therefore, they must be clearly articulated and intentionally communicated with consistency to those whom you lead. While proximity may enable some to “catch culture”, for a quickly growing organization, this will not be effective or sustainable.

In this week's episode, Jenni identifies the most common issue found within most organizations - a lack of trust. Systemic issues can be extremely frustrating if we cannot pinpoint where tensions are coming from and a lot of times, as leaders, we can lack the organizational emotional intelligence to know how to create and rebuild a culture of trust.

The good news? Trust is not some soft elusive quality that you either have or you don’t, its a pragmatic and tangible asset that you create and build over time - but much faster than you’d ever think possible!

To dive in deeper, check out our 4Sight: Values Course. In this course, Jenni Catron walks you through how you can begin to define values, beliefs, and behaviors that will become the anchor for everything you do.
