Today I want to clarify what I mean by getting outside your comfort zones. I do not mean going and making your life miserable, but I am talking about taking baby steps until the big things seem small. I want you to start with your health. Turn off Netflix' and go for a walk around the block. Next day walk around the block twice. And so on, and so on until your discomfort becomes your comfort.
