Meghan Trainor on Motherhood & Panic Attacks

In this episode, Meghan Trainor opens up about motherhood and what it’s like living with panic disorder. She recalls her first-ever panic attack on live television, going into detail about all of her symptoms. Meghan mentions that once she went to a psychiatrist and started treating her disorder with medication and therapy, she felt like she was back to her normal self again. Meghan also reveals she stayed on her antidepressants during her pregnancy which helped her during and after the birth of her baby Riley.
