The hardest thing about ADHD is that it's invisible to outsiders. People just assume that we are not being good parents and that our child is a brat, when they don't have an idea how exhausted we truly are. People with ADHD find more success by focusing on their natural talents and then by developing a plan to make those talents even stronger. When you have ADHD your home reflects our thought. In disarray. And like with a disorganized house. You can only apologize for your disorganized Brain so many time before it becomes exhausting. People with ADHD are fully aware that the past and the future exist... the condition means that it is hard to separate them... past hurts feel like they've just happened, and future worries feel like they are happening right now it is not our fault
