Today we talk about highballs, from the simple vodka soda, to some of the most delicious and intentional concoctions we've tried. Join us as we extol the virtues of a rum and tonic, do bad celebrity impressions, and talk about what hospitality means to us.
1.5oz Spirit of choice (might I recommend Suntory Toki straight out of the freezer)
Build over ice in a highball/collins glass and top with soda or tonic.
Garnish with a lime wedge or lemon peel.
