In this episode, we get into the nitty gritty: what is a Martini, what isn't a Martini, when should you shake, when should you stir, and what glass you probably shouldn't use for your Martinis. We get into all sorts of stuff, giving out advice that is solicited... and not so solicited. Overall a real hoot.
Matt's Favorite Martini
2oz Dry Gin
.5oz Cocchi Americano
.5oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir for about 15-20 seconds and strain into the cocktail glass of your choosing. Garnish with a lemon twist.
