Pisco Sour
2oz Pisco
.75oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Dry shake without ice for about 7 seconds, then shake with ice for about 10 seconds.
Double Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters. Run a toothpick through the drops to create a fun design!
