I dive into how being consistently good is better than being occasionally great, as well as the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and how you need to mentally approach them.
I share my thoughts on the concept of smart work replacing hard work, and how that is not the case for young entrepreneurs.
Lastly, I chat about why you must commit to doing things you say you will do in order to build a high level of trust and confidence in yourself, which is ultimately the most important thing for any individual. If you have complete trust in yourself, you can do anything.
