India can achieve its Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) on climate change only if each state and UT steer their climate actions and become leaders in implementing them at various local levels tune in to understand how the States are performing on the Energy Efficiency Index and what more needs to be done to overcome the challenges that riddle the sector.
