This is not a “normal” episode, but what’s really normal anyway? I think it’s highly overrated. 😀 After 2 major surgeries starting in November and 21 days in the hospital, I’ve been in a season of recovery. On Christmas Eve, two weeks ago, I couldn’t even sing a full phrase, because of fluid in my lungs and general weakness. Yesterday, I decided to sit down at the piano and try to sing. It’s been a long time. It’s not perfect, and just an amateur recording with my phone (and I usually never sing for anyone other than myself), but this is what progress looks like, so I decided to make it public. I hope you’re encouraged by this today.
