Brian began his recruiting journey in high-stakes agency recruiting and has since joined the corporate ranks in both technical and non-technical capacities. Throughout this journey, he's served in roles ranging from specialized, technical sourcer to full-cycle recruiting generalist. Brian believes that talent acquisition is just part of a company's broader people strategy, so in 2017 he took and passed the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification exam. Now he tries to leverage that body of knowledge to help his employers achieve business goals by addressing critical talent gaps.
On a more personal note, Brian loves gaming, game-streaming, PC building, and all things "geek," so working for a game studio has been a long time goal of his, but his journey is just beginning at Bungie.
