In this episode I talk about 3 important habits that I have had to build and practice in order to have a successful weight loss journey. I have spoken about the basics, such as 'eating in a caloric deficit' and getting in your cardio, but the 3 tips I talk about in this episode go far deeper into our neuroscience as human beings and what we can control in order to get what we want. Cutting is largely a mental thing as well as a physical process so it is extremely important to make sure your head is in the right space.
