First Concert Stories — Cream

The Rock Star Garage podcast is about live music. In each episode I interview my guests about their first, worst, and most memorable concert experiences. Episode six may be of special interest to lovers of rock guitar. In episode six I get to interview my dear friend Mark Hawkins. Mark is retired and enjoys playing music in his spare time. In this interview we discuss his first concert… Cream in 1968. We talk about Mark experiencing Deep Purple (opening for Cream) and a story about Jimi Hendrix at the San Diego Sports Arena.
