Throughout our lives we are given reasons, however valid, to see and choose fear and pain, but we are not shown why creating a state of inner peace impacts our lives in deeper ways. By choosing peace within, we allow ourselves to flow with life, and release our grip on control and daily pressures/anxiety. In this episode I share the importance of peace, its affects on our health and approach to life, and how we can allow ourselves to choose and feel it. I hope it encourages you to take a step back and reflect on your own connection to peace, and allow it in to your life and feel the lightness and calm state of being it can offer in your today and beyond.
