In today's episode, we discuss the importance of respecting who we are, our values, what is important to us and why we need to do this for ourselves. By recognising our values and actively practicing them, we set a standard for how we treat ourselves and how others can meet us. We are taught to seek validation externally, but this must come from within - if we don't honour what we need we teach ourselves we are not worthy of respect.
