One of the most common health concerns these days is weight gain. People are struggling to lose weight, and even more so, to keep it off. A major contributing factor to weight gain is the accumulation of toxins in our bodies. Toxins are everywhere - in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat. They come from our personal care and cleaning products, our furniture, our mattresses, and even our clothing.
