Chase is a personal trainer, who works with everyone from David Beckham, Kendall Jenner, Naomi Campbell, Sofia Richie and his most famous client of all: obviously, yours truly. He is the creator and owner of the 3-3-3 Method, which mixes strength, power and stability exercises, and he is the founder of the fitness events company 3-3-3 World Tour. An advocate of health and wellness education, in this episode, Chase talks with me about everything from our love for The Wire to Black Lives Matter to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
