In this episode I chat about the mindset and act of simply "be positive." I always say appreciate the struggles, and expect the unexpected and it truly has helped me! But I don’t always do this with a positive mindset, if anything I kind of do it with a chaotic mindset. Like I already know the day or events are going to unfold in a hectic way so I may as well embrace it. This isn’t bad! And it truly does help me, but I also feel like I could push a bit more and genuinely make this mindset feel POSITIVE. So through our "organized chaos," let's find our ability to approach our day and/or routine in a positive way.
