In this episode, Dina unpacks her thoughts on our relationship to our bodies and how it's so much more than what we see in the mirror. How we see ourselves on the outside is just one part of the story; but for so many, it represents a huge part of what influences the stories we tell ourselves. It high time to we get revolutionary about this conversation around body image and reject the messages that tell us our bodies are unacceptable and need constant improvement. Dina explores her own battle with what (and who) she saw in the mirror, a decision that changed her life, and discusses what she is able to see today.
