It feels like now more than ever, our world continues to serve up some negative, scary news. It can easily feel daunting, hopeless and never-ending, which is why it's so important that we find ways to be intentional with cultivating our joy amidst trials (while still grieving and allowing ourselves to feel the weight of what is happening around us). We're talking about 4 elements of our lives to focus on as we seek to spark more joy in a way that brings purpose to the pain.
