I created this podcast to fight back against diet culture. I'm Dr. Trina Dorrah, MD. I'm a physician and a binge eating coach. I'm also an eating disorder survivor. Our society teaches women to hate their bodies. We're told we need to shrink ourselves and take up less space to be beautiful. We're taught that the solution to all of our problems is found on the other side of a diet. The problem is...so much of what we've been taught is wrong. In this podcast, I explore topics such as diet culture, binge eating, body neutrality, intuitive eating, self-compassion, and disordered eating. The diet industry is a multibillion dollar industry that thrives on making women feel unattractive. It's time to fight back. I invite you to join me.
