These podcasts are some the material given to students taking the module Contracts with Nature, which is part of the MA in the Philosophy of Nature, Information and Technology at Staffordshire University. The MA is delivered by distance learning and you can find more information about it here https://bit.ly/3htZNDt or by contacting me directly at [email protected] podcasts are not general introductions to the work of Serres but rather reproduce notes intended specifically to support the reading we're doing. On the module as a whole, we'll spend four weeks reading The Natural Contract, followed by four weeks on selected passages from The Birth of Physics, Biogea, The Incandescent, and Branches. Then we'll read Serenella Iovino on écocritique and work by Vicki Kirby and Karen Barad, before ending with two weeks on Bruno Latour. www.buzzsprout.com
