Inspired by bands like Depeche Mode, A-ha, Oingo Boingo, Keane, Coldplay and artists like Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos, Danny Elfman or John Williams, Eric Bakhch-Pour’s music is a meeting between classical film music and pop music.


This 27 years old composer/lyricist/pianist/singer from Switzerland did his studies at the Geneva Conservatory Of Music (with pianist Luis Ascot).


He’s been composing piano pieces since 1993 and started to write for the movies in 1997. His film music credits include “Clock Tower”, “Nosferatu”, “Au Large de Bad Ragaz”, “Burning Filament”, “Don’t Forget The Dog”, “The Heartless Duke”, “Arthur”, “Les filles du calvaire”, “Petit Eddie”, “Arnaud & Julie”, “The World Of Senda” (…)


He started his songwriting in 1999, working with several artists (Ulysse Larre, Valérie Deniz, Onesia, SimonGad) and is now Composing, Writing & Performing his own songs.


Eric had also won a few competitions. In 1997, he won a Special Price at the IJD Geneva Piano Improvisation Contest. The next year, he got the First Price at the IJD Geneva Piano Composition Contest.
